How to Make a Claim Under Warranty

All Prife Products come with a One Year Manufacturer’s Warranty

The iTeraCare, iTeraBio, 7 Wonders & IONShield all come with a one-year manufacturers warranty and will be repaired or replaced if faulty or defective under warranty.

Please ensure you make you customer aware that there are no refunds or returns if they simply change their minds or are not satisfied with the product. Also ensure your customer is aware of the Prife Disclaimer.

Warranty information can be found in the User Manuals in your back office. You will also find the Return & Replacement Policy in your back office from the “Setting” button on the bottom menu bar.

How to make a claim under warranty:

If it is safe to turn the device back on have your customer send you a video of the malfunctioning unit, clearly showing what the issue is, and explaining the problem. Ensure you can clearly see the serial number in the video. If the device does not turn on, please show the unit plugged into a wall socket, turned on at the wall socket, and then turned on at the device.

If it is not safe to turn the device on, take a photo of the issue if possible and have them provide a detailed explanation of the issue.

Once you have the video and/or photos you will need to send the following information to the stockist the device came from:

– Video of fault (if safe to turn the device back on)
– Device Serial Number
– DO number
– Customer Name & Username
– Return address if different to the original DO
